Receptionist (Stockton)

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced and friendly Receptionist to join our Operations team at our Stockton on Tees office, to provide a professional and efficient reception service to the firm’s internal and external customers.

About the Role

This is a busy and varied role, and no two days will be the same!

Some of the main duties will include:

  • Greeting visitors to the office
  • Answering the telephone and directing calls
  • Managing the general reception email inbox
  • Carrying out postal duties
  • Ordering office stationery
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • General administrative tasks

This role is open to candidates seeking part time working options (to include Mondays and Tuesdays).  Working hours will be discussed at interview with shortlisted candidates, so speak to us about your ideal work pattern!

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Previous reception and administration experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
  • A positive “can do” attitude and ability to support the firm’s culture and values
  • Confidence using computer systems including Microsoft Office packages
  • Discretionary skills when handling sensitive information
  • The ability to pick things up quickly and use own initiative
